PREMIUM celebrated topping-out for FIRST Little Havana.

In the Tradition of roofing ceremonies, going back on ancient folkways worldwide, all subcontractors, the GC, and the Developers were present when PREMIUM FIRST Little Havana Development celebrated its topping out.

Completed by a raffle for the nearly 100 construction workers, the ceremony became an event everybody will treasure for a long time. Topping out for the nearly 200 units development was accomplished just seven months following first shovels in the ground, setting a new record breaking benchmark in PREMIUMs 25-year history.
