The FONTANA APARTMENTS multifamily development is located on the west coast of Florida in the urban area of Fort Myers. Thomas Edison and Henry Ford spent their winters here and shaped Fort Myers' economic and cultural life.
Situated on a lake, adjacent to a nature preserve, and yet conveniently located between the commercial centers of Fort Myers and Naples and Florida Gulf Coast University and Southwest Florida International Airport, the project combines outdoor recreation with ideal transportation access.
The project includes six residential buildings, including 153 apartments, a community building, and two parking garages. The development offers 1- 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, all west-facing and overlooking the lake.
