Erdberger Lände 36-38
Vienna Directly next to the Danube canal at Erdberger Lände 36–38, PREMIUM has developed one of its largest residential projects to date. Covering an entire city block in Vienna’s third district, Erdberger Lände is planned as a complete community – seven renowned architecture firms have designed ten individual buildings that blend seamlessly with an expansive and integrated surrounding park space.
Approximately 800 comfortably appointed apartments with over 55.000 m² / 592.000 sf useable floorspace are available for rent. The project creates a highly desirable residential community nestled within about 7,000 m² of public park space in the heart of the city, all for the community’s use. Amounting to approximately 21,500 m², the open and landscaped park areas make up 2/3 of the entire building plot, with the remaining land to be used for the construction of the contemporary and family-oriented residential complex. The demolition of the previous buildings was completed in 2016 and construction started in August 2017, only after two years of construction the project has been sucesfully handed over to its owners.
